I think this picture was taken in the 1960 because it looks in the old day(back then) and people have old TTC and cars and wagons with a horse, I think this is in the USA or Canada or in a town or city because with all the buildings and the design of the buildings and the signs and decoration, I think in the summer because there is no snow and no leaves.
